4. Retaining and deleting personal data
4.1 This Section 4 sets out our data retention policies and procedure, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal data.

(d) transaction data will be retained for a minimum period of one day following the date on which our [working] relationship ends, and for a maximum period of one week following the date on which our [working] relationship ends.
(e) notification data will be retained for a minimum period of one day following the date on which you opt out of receiving newsletters or other marketing communication from us, and for a maximum period of one month following the date on which you opt out of receiving newsletters or other marketing communication from us.
(f) correspondence data will be retained for a minimum period of one day following the date on which the enquiry has been answered, and for a maximum period of one month following the date on which the enquiry has been answered.
4.4 In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of retention based on the following criteria:
(a) the period of retention of enquiry data will be determined based on whether the enquiry was about a potential job role which may not at that time be available. In that case, applicant information may be kept for a maximum of two years.
4.5 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 4, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
5.1 We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website.

6. Your rights
6.1 In this Section 6, we have summarised the rights that you have under data protection law. Some of the rights are complex, and not all of the details have been included in our summaries.
